From September 19 to 23, the leadership teams from ECLOF Kenya, ECLOF Uganda, and ECLOF Tanzania attended a workshop in Nairobi on Social Performance Management (SPM). The COO of ECLOF International, Larry Millan, organized the workshop, which in turn was facilitated by the Africa Regional Director, Rose Wanjohi.

Having completed this SPM training, the members of leadership teams across the Africa Region will implement what they have learned at their different National Offices. “We left the workshop with one conviction: that it is not enough to provide loans, but that we must give loans that have positive impact. We shall thus be careful how we deliver these loans.” said Rose Wanjohi. “We shall surely be "Investing in Human Dignity” if we embrace Social Performance Management.”
