A lean and efficient team of 7 that oversees the operations of 21 National Offices across the globe is one of the key assets of ECLOF International.

PAT GLEESON

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Pat brings over 30 years of microfinance and banking experience gained from working throughout the world in Europe, Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East. He previously served as the Director of Operations at the Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance and has extensive experience in the establishment, management, governance, and capacity building of microfinance institutions. Pat has served on the Boards of a number of leading microfinance institutions and has successfully led and managed change across different cultures.

LARRY MILLAN

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Larry Millan, our Chief Operations Officer, used to be the Executive Director of ECLOF Philippines. Larry has an extensive background in business, as he’s involved in his family real estate business and is the co-owner of a financing company. Other business exploits include the opening of a restaurant and a school and an office supplies gift shop. He majored in History and Political Science before completing a degree in Law. Prior to joining ECLOF Philippines he worked at the university, teaching philosophy and history. Larry has been active in church, civic, and ecumenical organizations and has served in different positions on different boards from the local church to the national level.

ANCA DRAGANESCU

CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Anca Draganescu has worked in the press, in international relations, and in the corporate world. She entered professional life as a journalist, focusing primarily on culture and the arts, and has worked as a speechwriter in Geneva’s international scene, where she also participated in the organization of major international events. Prior to joining ECLOF International, she worked in the private sector, where she designed and led important corporate communications initiatives. In addition to working in traditional media channels, she's also specialized in social networking technologies. Anca holds two master’s degrees: one in Law from the University of Geneva, and the other in the History of Religions from the University of Chicago.

SOPHIE MAGRO-ERDOS

OFFICE MANAGER & ASSISTANT TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Sophie Magro-Erdos has a master's degree in Economics from the University of Geneva and a postgraduate degree in Global Economics and International Relations at the University of Chile in Santiago de Chile.Throughout her career, Sophie went through all that makes Geneva an international hub: trade of oil, luxury watches, and private banking. She has held various positions: Accountant, Production Assistant, and also Benefits and Compensation Manager in HR. Her large spectrum allows her to know and understand the ins and outs of trade, production, and human relations, all in an international and global context.

UDAY ISAAC GNANADASON

FUNDRAISING OFFICER

Uday Isaac Gnanadason has a degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management. He' lived and worked in Switzerland since 1991. He has a broad experience in Marketing, Public Relations, and Fundraising. He has worked with several private organizations and international ecumenical movements. Uday also serves as a Church Committee Member at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Geneva and is the Chair of the Outreach Group.

VICTORIA FELIU

FINANCE ACCOUNTANT

Victoria Feliu is a brilliant accountant. She has a degree in Accounting from the Universidad del Tepeyac A.C. Before joining ECLOF in 2007, she occupied different finance positions with increasing responsibilities. Vicky, as we know her, was born in Mexico. Having lived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 2 years, she worked there for the Embassy of Argentina. She spent most of her professional life in Mexico City where she worked as Manager of Budget and Financial Information at Medica Sur Group and as Budget Manager at Oral B Laboratories.

BARBARA DOSWELL

Project Coordinator - Operations

Barbara Doswell works in the Operations Department where she participates in the monitoring, analysis, and coordination of the work of the National Offices. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, where studied political economy, international and financial law, and political science and history, with a special focus in development economics. Strongly committed to working in the development sector and in a multicultural environment, Barbara brings to ECLOF a broad experience from her previous work in both communications and project management with NGOs in Switzerland and the Dominican Republic.
