Governance
The Board of Directors is the governing body of ECLOF International.
The Board lays out the strategic direction of the organization.
The Board functions as the guardian of ECLOF's mission and fundamental values.
It is currently composed of three Special Committees:
1. The Nominations Committee
2. The Finance & Audit Committee
3. The Business Strategy Committee
